I started my yoga practice while traveling and working abroad, relying on VHS tapes and DVDs from teachers I had never met. Even without direct interaction, those resources were invaluable in helping me stay connected to movement.
Having access to quality, informative yoga guidance while on the move allowed me to maintain a led practice no matter where I was in the world. I want to offer that same experience to you.
While in-person teaching helps fine-tune movement and adapt to daily needs, combining it with your own personal practice—along with the ability to reach out to your teacher (me!)—means you can stay consistent, supported, and inspired in your yoga journey.
